ZPG Series Spray Dryer for sticky material
Spray drier for sticky material is suitable for drying the material that are low in fusion point and high in the sugar contents. And the machine owns the characteristics that its products do not sticky to the walls, uneasy to absorb the moisture etc. The technological conditions for spray and drying are decided according to features and property of the products to be dried for the machine. The machine is high in automation and easy in operation. It means the GMP requirements.
Heated by a heater, the air enters into the hot air distributor on top section of drying tower. After passing through hot air distributor, the hot air enters into drying tower uniformly and moves in spiral state. At the same time, the material pump sends the liquid material to centrifugal atomizer on top of drying tower. Liquid material is sprayed into very fine mist-state drops. The surface area that material liquid contacts the hot air is increased greatly. The water is evaporated very fast. In a very short time, raw materials are dried into final products. Dried final products are separated with wet air by cyclone separator. The dried final products will pass through material collection whirl room at the bottom of cyclone separator and are sent to the second small cyclone separator for separation by dried air. The final products will be collected in material collection tank. The exhausted gas will be discharged through exhaust fan.
All the hot air system, blowing system and air sending system of drier have the pre, middle filter and semi-HEPA. All the air entering drying system has passed the filtering treatment. All the contact material parts use stainless steel and meet GMP requirement.
